Damage or incorrect item received
* If the item was damaged during delivery, please contact us with a photo of the damaged item immediately. Buyer has to send back the damaged item to us, when we received the damage item, we will ship out the replacement.
* Please do not keep sending message us about defective, as this will only delay the claims approval process.
* If you have received an item that you did not purchase, please contact us immediately to help us resolve the problem.
* Please know that even with the brand new items we sell, sometimes the product packaging can be dented. Given how some magic products are packaged that is unavoidable. As long as the product itself is not damaged, any damage to product PACKAGING does not constitute a defect. We will not accept such reason for return / exchange / refund.
* Please contact us for return instructions BEFORE sending anything back.
